Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Motions to compel, gets ignored

How many times can a plaintiff, not respond, to a court order instructing them to answer to, legal points of law as presented by the defendent? The court has directed my X wife on two seperat occasions, to respond my legal defence. Both times there has been a time frame, both times she has let it expire, with a no response. I claim full faith and credit on a Florida order, the case is in Alabama, she tried to claim back child support, I claim custody, My court order is super tight.I don't think she can defeat full faith and credit, She started this mess and now won't answer. How long can she stall, and ignore court orders?

Failed to Respond to Court Order

If a party fails to respond to a court order, that party is in contempt of court. An petition to the court ordering the person to be held in contempt must be filed seeking enforcement.
