Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Territorial Restriction

I was given primary custody of my son with joint custody being awarded to his father. There was a territorial restriction on my custody that I could'nt leave the immediate area.I filed 3 motions asking that the restriction be lifted.I was told that I could not.I filed an appeal& the decision was reaffirmed.I'm remarried & filed a motion to move with my son within the state. My motion to lift the restriction was again denied. There was evidence presented in court that the father hasn't been involved with my son with the exception of court ordered visitation. The court also ordered him to participate in medical treatment of my son, which he has not and it was proven in court.Since the first court proceedings, he hasn't followed the guidelines to support the joint custody, he hasn't had frequent visitation and has violated several of the court orders. How or why can the judge violate my rights as a citizen & make me live in a city where I have no family support just so that my child's father could be close by? I've been told since i have primary physical custody of my child I should be able to reside where i chose is best for my child. Is there some type of legal action that I can take against this judge or for myself?
