Me and my wife have separated and she won't give me my things I had before we got married is there any way I can get my things

File for a divorce or separation , and petition the court to divide the property and let you get your stuff. The things that you had before you got married are not necessarily things that you will be awarded. Anything that was bought or used during the marriage is property of the marriage to be divided by the court.
