wrongful procution

i am being accused of molesting my 4 yr. old daughter. i did not do this.DHR of alabama submitted a finding of ''not indicated''at the last hearing. i have been seperated from my child by a proctive order that has been in place since 6-9-08.i feel that the state is looking to indite me and throw me in jail for something I DID NOT DO. is there anyone out there who can help a father who's family has been torn apart?

Re: wrongful prosecution

If even DHR has made a finding of "not indicated" then you should be able to build a very strong defense to this charge. That said, according to your zip code you are in Baldwin County, which means that the district attorney's office will probably try to prosecute you anyway. I would suggest that you immediately retain an attorney who handles both family law cases as well as criminal defense, so the attorney can start working on getting you reunited with your child. It sounds like you are in a good position based on DHR's finding, but you are still going to have to fight to protect your rights.

My firm has an office in Baldwin County. If you would like to discuss your situation, please feel free to give me a call or send me an email.

Good luck to you.
