Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alabama

Emotional Distress/ Fraud

Thank you for the rely.

The school is actually an unaccrediated private law school. Should I still proceed inquiry? The

acadmeic dean at this school left a previous position due to similar trouble. There was a suit filed

against him and the law school. I am not sure what ever became of the suit.

Thanks Again!

This is a copy of my orginal message:

Please tell me the state of Alabama's current laws on emotional distress and when that duty is

breached. Can a school be held liable for misleading a student into believeing it would be

accredited? Can a school be sued for not providing the due care for a student's well being? What

is a school's duty to students regarding quality of education, student well being, providing

responsible and capable instruction?

Thanks!
