foreclosure on disable tenant

what is the recousre to foreclosure on disable home owner that . can not immediately redeam the house and have no other place to live. with another dependant that is disable and both with a combined income of $2,000 monthly

you have a tough one for yourself. You either foreclose and forget the disability or you work something out with them where you accept less money and write the other off as a loss, such as renting to them and keeping ownership of the house. It is good that you have a heart that appears to be showing, but there is no legal remedy that will get around the disability.
