Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alabama

negelict

The property next to mine is wooded the owners do not live there although they do make regular visits to the site. On several occasions I have told the owner he has a rotten tree that is in danger of falling and he needs to take care of it. Two huge rotten trees have fallen and are blocking the road to my house. I called he came he refused to clean up the trees. The city will not clean them up. The trees caused damage to several ornamental trees, shrubs and bushes on my land. What can i do to make him clean up and replace my trees, grass and fill the holes left in my yard. thank you

It sounds like you may have a good case for trespass. Should you need to talk in person to an attorney, call my office at 322 - 3747. I am in downtown Birmingham.

Thanks and God Bless.
