Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alabama
who is at fault?
my aunt was in a really bad automobile accident. at the time she did not have insurance on her vehicle which is state law.the other driver admitted to falling asleep at the wheel and excepted full responsibility for the accident. all of this is stated in the accident report, so who is really at fault?
