life insurance benefits
if my stepmother is listed as beneficiary on my deceased father's life insurance policy and there are no co beneficiaries is there anyway that my three siblings and I could be entitled to any of the benefits?

Unfortunately no.
Life insurance is a binding contract between the parties. That is why it is so important to always change the beneficiaries if someone gets divorced, etc.
Also, it cannot be devised through a will.
