Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Alabama

I have a ministry named Overcomers In Christ International - Total Recovery Ministries. I'm in Alabama. I was contacted by a lady in Nebraske that has a ministry named Overcomers In Christ. She said she has trademarked that name and that I cant use mine. My qustion is , "Is my name sufficiently different that she cant stop me from using it?
