Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Alabama

Is there a statute of limitations for filing a patent lawsuit for stolen invention that was already issued as a patent?

If yes, then when this statute of limitations begins?

Thank you.

If you have a patent, and someone is making or selling the invention without your consent, you can bring a claim. While there is not necessarily a "statue of limitations" in this scenario, there is an issue of laches that should be considered.
