Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

Can an employer decrease your hourly pay becouse of something a coworker did? Is this fair to do an a cross the board pay decrease for all hourly employees, becouse you don't want to show favoritism? Do they have to give an advanced notice?

In Alabama there are no laws to protect employees from pay decreases. It is an employment at will state.
