Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

Time card altering

Our office manager has constantly changed our time sheets after they have been turned into her at the end of our pay period. She has demanded and received the backing of the company owner to require we turn our time sheets in completed in pencil so she can make these changes. Just today she altered a co-workers time sheet because this person stayed at work waiting for the office manager to return so she could pick up her pay check. The co-worker billed the company for that hour. The office manager waited until she left and promptly removed the hour and announced that she felt the employee was taking advantage of the company. I understand that Alabama does not have the strongest employee rights laws but is this legal and is there any recourse for me and my fellow employees or do shut up and take it?
