Eye injury at work
An employee played a practical joke by tying a pull string fire cracker to my desk drawer. When I opened the drawer, my left eye was injured. What are my rights?

Did you report it to your employer and file a workers comp claim? A workers comp case would be the first suggestion.
Your co-worker may also have some personal liability. Much of your case (value) would depend on the extent of your injury and whether you may make a claim other than worker's comp.
Do you have any disability insurance?
