Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

Neck broken in auto accident, how much money can I expect

Recently my mother was in an auto accident. A woman ran a red light and flipped mother's car twice. Her neck is broken in 4 places, has 3 broken ribs, bruised lung, and some minor injuries. She is in constant pain. To keep her from having to go to a rehab center, my husband and I have moved in to temporarily to take care of her.Matters such as the car, wrecker, hospital, doctors, pharmacy, work, etc. are taken care of.

What can we ask for and expect to receive as a fair pain and suffering settelement?

Re: Neck broken in auto accident, how much money can I expect

Dear Madam or Sir,

I am very sorry to hear of your mother's serious injury. The answer to your question is complex at best. The amount of any recovery is dependent on a variety of factors not the least of which is the amount of insurance available. In a situation such as this you are not limited to the insurance carried by the other driver. Your own insurance can also be tapped in to.

I have represented people such as yourself in serious automobile cases for the last 20 years. As my profile at this site reflects, I have been involved in many cases resulting in verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars.

I would be happy to evaluate this case at no cost to you. In the event you were to subsequently hire me to handle this matter for you, there would no up front expense and no fee unless a recovery if made.

I can provide you with a list of people you can talk to who I have succesfully represented over the years.

I would also advise you that you will certainly need some competent attorney to handle this case and that person will more than pay for themselves in the end. In addition, it is very important to start working on these cases as soon as possible. I can assure you the insurance people are already on the job.

I work all over the south and can serve you in any county in Alabama.

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
