Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

personal injury questions

i broke my left foot in 2003 i had 4 surgeries on this foot.i broke my foot in a church parking lot it appeared that some construction work was done and not repaired back properly, as a result i suffered a broken foot, the area blended in with the rest of the parking lot and not easily seen. my questions is if i was asked did you see this place or were you watching where you were going that is a hard question to answer because if you were watching this place is not noticeable. what would be your reply.

The most important question at this point is when in 2003 did the accident occur? Generally there is a 2 year statute of limitations on this type of claim.
