Re: Personal Injury at work

I would need to ask you more questions to give you a firm answer, but it sounds to me like you may have two lawsuits: one against your company for a workers compensation claim, and one against the company that manufactured the equipment on a products liability claim. I would need to know more details to give you more of a response than that. However, your company's workers compensation insurance carrier should be paying for your medical bills.

My advice would be that you contact a lawyer immediately if you do not already have one. If you would like to talk to me about your situation, feel free to give me a call.
