i bought a house and the people who were living in the house wont move out the house. What are my options?

Are they living there subject to a lease? If you bought the house while they were leasing the property you may have bought the house subject to their lease. If there is no lease and they are there on a month to month basis, you will have to file an ejectment to get them off of the property.You are fairly close to me, give me a call if you'd like to discuss this.
