Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alabama

I need to find out how to get out of my lease a few months early without the landlords being able to keep my deposit because the landlords refuse to fix anything in the house and there are alot of problems with the house and it is just getting worse everyday no matter how many times i call them they wont do anything about it.

You are required to fulfill your lease obligation, however so is the landlord. If they have a duty in the lease to make repairs, or the property is being rendered uninhabitable due to disrepair, then they must fulfill that obligation or you can file suit. You could have an attorney send a demand letter attempting to persuade them to let you out of your lease early in exchange for not filing suit, otherwise your only safe recourse is to file suit and force them to do the repairs.
