Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama

I am a 17 year old female working in a dental lab. A couple weeks ago, an older male co-worker (45-50) poked my butt while I was bending over, then later made comments about me using sex toys (I was using tongs to remove a cast from a pressure vessel). Another older male (30-35) has never physically touched me but constantly calls me "Sweetheart" "Darling" "Gorgeous" etc, and I've asked him to stop, telling him it made me uncomfortable.

I went to my supervisor, the owner, and our HR person and they said there is nothing they can do about it unless I can prove it. They will not even speak to them about it.

There are cameras that record audio and video at all times during shifts, but they won't go back and review it because "It would take too long" because I don't know exactly which day, or exactly what time it happened.

Are they allowed to just ignore my complaint, even when they DO have video/audio proof of it, but are unwilling to review the tape to catch the guys in the act?

They cannot ignore the behavior and it is not your job to "prove it", they are responsible to respond to, and investigate, the conduct. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your situation further.
