Legal Question in Social Security Law in Alabama

My husband has been declining for many years he last worked in 1993. We went from docter to doctor for years. At least
8 and a regular G.P. He was finally dignosed in 2004 with
total renal failure. Untill then he was never even told his kidneys were failing. Looking back and compairing notes they had been declining for years. He was turned down for Social Security because he had not paid in in 10 years.
He had paid into the system for over 20 years. He had enough credits long before he
ever stoped working. Is there anything we can do. He is on dialysis and is very ill now.
we really need the help. He is 54 years old. I was supporting us but was displaced from my banking job due to a merger situation. he was approved two months ago for SSI but the SSi is very small. To small to live. Is there help for us.

You need to contact one of the firms that specialize in SS disability claims. You might give Charles T. Clark's office a call here in Birmingham. They do this all the time.
