car title power of attorney and will

hi me and my grandfather bought a car and put me as the primary and him as the secondary and it has only been driven by me and he died and left everything to my grandmother does his part on the title revert to her? also my father has power of attorney over my grandmother does that mean he can try and sell the car or take it or whatnot?

You will need to consult with an attorney because the answer depends upon whether you an adult, whether you paid money toward the car, what the title says, and what your grandfather's intent was. It sounds like you understood the intent to be that you and he would both own the car, but if the ownership was joint with right of survivorship the car would be yours, unless you are a minor. If the intent was for your grandfather to own half of the car without his interest passing to you as the survivor, your grandmother will be one-half owner after his estate is settled. Until then, it will still belong to his estate. Under those circumstances, your father would not have the power to sell your part of the car.
