what can be done when a court appointed administrator will not talk to any of the heirs of the estate and the estate is being depleated and falling apart from lack of care or concern. This is in the state of Alabama, county of Jefferson

If you are a beneficiary, you can hire an attorney who will require an accounting to be done and possibly even challenge the appointment of the administrator.
