my dad remarried and moved to alabama, he died without a will, what are my sister and my rights?

Overall, you split it 50/50 with her, as you are not children of his and her together. She also has some additional rights to certain funds off the top. Further, beneficiary designations and deeds to real property will determine ownership if they specify what is the disposition of that property on death.
