Who is entitled to a copy of will

My Dad died and my younger sister is executor. I and an other sister are named in the will as receiving money. Are we entitled to a copy of the will.

The will once filed is available to everyone, even strangers. Go to the Probate Court and request a copy. It will cost you the price of photocopying.

Once the will has been admitted to Probate, it's public record and anyone can have or make a copy of it. In your situation, if your sister hired an attorney to represent the estate, he or she may send you a copy along with a request to sign a waiver allowing the will to be admitted to Probate and your sister named executrix without a hearing.
