Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My father just passed and he has three children. From my understanding he did not have a will I can I get what is entitled to me and my sibling his mom is over personal matterers and did not included his children and won't share any information with me. He was never married.

This question is more involved than an answer on this site can deal with. You should consider hiring a lawyer in the county where the estate is being probated. Ask what one hour's consultation might cost you. I would think that paying a couple hundred dollars for this advice would be money well-spent.
