Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

A insurance company settled a claim 2 years after the estate was settled. I have my papers and a EIN number but can't get the check cashed that was written to the estate because the banks say the papers are no longer in effect. What do I need to do?

You most likely have to open a estate "De Bonis Non", that is, because new property has been located. Contact me if you like at (205) 991-5600. I can open an Estate anywhere in Alabama.
