Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

I have been living on this property for three years, it has beautiful trees and grass and a fence and kept very well by the previous owners. I found out that part of what I thought was my property actually belongs to the adjacent lot. Do I have any rights?

Maybe. You may have a old fashioned boundry line dispute. If you and your sucessors in title used the land that may actually belong to the adjcent owner as your own and the boundry that was agreed on existed for 10 years before the record owner complained, you may have a right to the land that you thought was yours. See a lawyer.
