Legal Question in Workers Comp in Alabama

had rotator cuff claim, got lifetime medical want to close out medical but dont know where t begin with a figure i'm told that there are figures for each part of the body can someone help with this please

it's not the same with medicals. Each part of the body is given a medical percentage for disability purposes. The medical % is NOT how you figure comp. You have a vocational rehabilitation specialist determine your ability to work in the future BASED on your medical %. What you are wanting to do is to close out your lifetime medicals permanently. That number will be based on the likelihood that you may need additional or future care/surgery in the future.

There is no "hard and fast" number for you to look at.
