Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alaska

injured at work job has no workers comp

i got severely injured at work had a surgery to repair hand and fingers need yet anther surgery to finish the work started i worked there 9 years never had an issue what should i do? what kind of case do i have ?this is a family owned company that has alot of rental properties over 250 they told me that they couldnt afford the premium at the time?
