Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alaska

Venture or Individual Owner?

I did some work for a CA-based venture, with headquarters in CO. The venture now refuses to pay the agreed-upon amount, included expenses incurred on their behalf. My agreement regarding payment and expenses was with an individual owner of a corporation--the corporate officer never signed the contract which I provided. The amount owed is within the Small Claims arena. What are my options?

Would need to review your written agreement, but its possible you may be able to sue locally under Long Arm Jurisdiction.
