If a Case is reversed and remanded by Supreme Court through an appeal, does that mean the defendant is no longer guilty of charges by Superior Court?

It depends on what the Supreme Court opinion says. The case is remanded to the Superior Court to do something which the Superior Court did incorrectly the first time. I assume you are asking about a criminal matter. If it is remanded for a new trial, correct; the defendant is not considered guilty of the charges considered by the Superior Court, unless re-trial again results in a conviction.
