Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska

What forms need to be filled out to request a change of venue from the state of Alaska to Virginia. No parties reside in Alaska anymore and the children have been residents of Virginia for 2 full years.

Is a divorce case pending in Alaska? If so, you would both file a stipulation to dismiss the case without prejudice, and then file a new action in Virginia.

If a final judgment of divorce has been entered, it's just that: final. You cannot, simply by "change of venue", get a new bite out of the apple.
