Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alaska

We have a public building on bourough prperty across the street from where we live. A week ago a neighbour was at this facility and our dog was over there. My husband watched this neighbour kick our dog, in the past this same neighbour has tryed repeatedly too hit our dogs with his car, bragging about it too us , as well as others. Its been a history for several years. [his instance my husband lost his cool and threatned to beat the ever living shit out of him if he didnt leave our dogs alone, not too mention its a 5 mile an hour dead end road, children live on theis road and so on. Over a week and a half later a State Trooper shows up with a warning too my husband that he threatned this mans life on a completly diffrent peice of property and that my husband sicked our dog Buddy who is Rott, and Lab and said he was going to kill him. This other property is a camp site we have used through the summer and have our dog Buddy at who could only be accused of wanting too much petting. It was our dog Bob he tried to kickThey look nothing alike. Buddy has no tale and is big, Bob is small and has a long tail. The man lied to the officer as to what happened and where it happened, and we have been verbally warned by the officer that we had 24 hours to vacate the spot by the beach we have been camping at this year. Isnt it illegal to make up a phony report? We have witnesses to back what we say. People that were present when and where the argument took place. We dont want to move and we want to stand up for our rights and
