Legal Question in Immigration Law in Alaska

Hi,
i'm a bulgarian 23 year old man who is in Alaska.I have visa till 04/15/04 but one of my previous employers is ready to help me to take my work permit and visa to can go back to Bulgaria for a few time.
What has my employer to do for this procedure?

It is not clear whether you are speaking of a visa extension or beginning the Permanent Resident/Green Card process. Either way, you will need to file right away in order to maintain your status or get a new one since your visa expires so soon.
