Getting out of a lease

I have receicved two evictions notice after paying both late and attorney fees at least two weeks prior to the notice. My lease is over Janurary 31, 2004 but I want out now! Is there anyway I can get out of it without paying huge fees?

Re: Getting out of a lease

The only answer that can be given to your question is an unequivocal "maybe". Breaking a lease is one of the most complex legal issues faced by ordinary people in everyday life. The answer will depend on a detailed consideration of ALL of the facts and circumstances, and no one can predict the outcome of your dispute based only on what you have put in your question.

If you are serious about early termination of your lease, you should consult an attorney who is knowledgable in landlord-tenant law and expect to pay for the hour or more that will be required to properly answer your question.
