Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alaska

I have an airplane and would like my friends and family to sign some sort of waiver of release before they fly with me. Should we crash in any way, I do not want to be liable in any way?! would the Alaska Mutual Release be sufficient?

A waiver, or release, of is not going to completely protect you, although it may in some cases tend to discourage claims.
