Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alaska

During a deposition I answered 2 questions that later I realized/remembored were incorrect. This is a civil case, I am a 3rd party witness. 1 of my answers would seem totally Innocent but the other would raise question. Am I under legal obligation to correct the record? If so, how do I do that? Do I need an attorney?

It is not uncommon for a witness to make a mistake in answering a deposition question.

You have the right to read your deposition and correct any mistakes within 30 days. If you wish to do so, contact the court reporter and ask how to do this. You should not need a lawyer to make these corrections.
