My Father lived in NV. with my Mom, He passed away a year ago. He had a piece of property in Alaska. He gave the property to me before he passed away. When he died he never put the property in my name. What do me and my mother need do to get the property in my name? I hope this is an easy one.

You are saying two almost opposite things You say that "he put the property in [your] name"? But then you ask how "to get the property in [your] name", suggesting that the property isn't yet in your name.

The way to put property in your name is to execute a deed from him to you. Did he give you such a deed? Has it been recorded?
