Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alaska

Late rent

Tenants not paying on time as specified in the rental agreement. Can I evict tenants who continually pay rent late, after the due date, and who are behind in the utilities. If the year lease is up, can I evict without giving a reason. I have been given conflicting information. Can you send me a sample eviction notice form.

Re: Late rent

No reliable answer can be given without a review of your Rental Agreement. GENERALLY, unless your Agreement provides otherwise, an expired lease becomes a month to month tenancy, which can be modified or terminated without cause on 30 days notice.
