Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alaska
I recently purched forms from FindLegalForms.com. I orded forms for a Warranty Deed in Alaska. On the packet i downloaded the cover page says General Warranty Deed Alaska,but the deed in the packet says Quit claim deed. Is this the right form for purching property from another.(Leagal form for Alaska) Please help if you can, I seem to be confused Thank-You!

No. If you are paying for the land you want a warranty deed. You also should have title insurance.
A quit claim deed is adequate if you don't care what interest in the property the grantor may have, but you simply want to make sure that person can't later claim an interest in the property.
