Legal Question in Workers Comp in Alaska

work comp denial 5 months after being acepted

5 months ago I was granted for full work comp. I had

back surgery I am now back at work at another job. I

went to get a refil of rx and was told that the clame

was denied the not that was in the computer was that I

had filed a frogulent clame. Can they do this 5 months

after the fact?.

I suppose the insurance company can do whatever they want if you are gonna sit back and let them do it to you. You may - or you may not - have a fraudulent claim but you should hire a lawyer in your local area that knows Workers' Compensation. Good Luck.
