Legal Question in Workers Comp in Alaska

can a worker on workers compensation get laid off ? Doesnt the employee have to put you back to work ?

The employer doesn't have a specific duty to put you back to work, but if the employer doesn't, you are entitled to rehabilitation benefits under AS 23.30.041.
