If there is a warrant for your arrest you need to find out through law enforcement. You can either wait until the warrant is served on you and you are arrested, which I dont recommend, or you can hire an attorney and self-surrender. You should contact a lawyer and have them contact the local sheriffs office to ascertain if there is indeed a warrant for you. Your lawyer then can communicate with law enforcement to discuss the warrant and potential charges. Further, if you are being harassed by a particular police officer your lawyer should contact the officers precinct and send a cease and desist letter to the officers Sergeant.
