Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Arizona

Hi. If I appeal a judges ruling on an issue... can the same judge rule on his own ruling in the appeal process?

If you appeal a ruling, it will be heard by the appeals court (assuming you are appealing a trial court ruling in Superior Court), not the same judge at the trial level.
