Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona

Bankruptcy Discovery Hearing-AZ

Hello. I was a sent summons to answer to the court in an adversary proceeding. I did that with my lawyer. I now have received a notice of hearing for discovery(?) with a requirement for a meeting with the plantiff not less than 15 days prior to hearing. Am I to call the plantiff or they me? Is this to settle out of court? Do I need my lawyer to represent me, or can I do this on my own? The plantiff is claiming fraud for purchases made 70-90 days prior to my BK, and I wasn't defrauding anyone-I had no idea at that time that I ws going to have to file BK. Am I wasting my time and even more $$ trying to defend my honor in this situation? Thanks for any advice in advance. Regards.

Stick with your lawyer, or find a new lawyer, but don't do this on your own.
