Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona

When is filing bankruptcy a good idea? I have some business debt(past) am no longer that same business but still owe some $ on a lease agreement. Have absolutely no $ to pay that and a)pay house paymen b)car pymt c)utilities etc. etc. not sure what would be best. Have personal credit card debt that I would like to see involved in this as well. Would I lose my only form of transportation? What about my house? What do I get to keep and what goes?

That are to many question at once. You will need to contactan attorney to sort out all your ideas. There are to many points not sufficient clear in your mail, e.g are the credit card payment related to any mortgage payment, whatis the car you use for transposrtation, what kind of house you have etc.
