Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona

I went to go file bankruptcy and they said i could not file for 2 years due to me buying my son a truck in 2004 and in 2005 i took a second mortgage to pay his truck and some credit cards down so he could get a lower payment in dec 2009 i transfered the truck into his name as he got married and the insurance was cheaper for him and his wife he still pays me for the truck but they say because i did that i could not file i was not including my second morgage in the bankruptcy

You may lose the truck if it's worth more than you owe. You just transferred the truck so the trustee will look at tthe transfer. As far as the two years is concerned, that is incorrect. You really need to contact an attorney and get some advice as far as options.
