Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
My ex husband and I own a piece of property that we sold ans is now in escrow. In the divorce I get the majority of the proceeds of the sale. My ex has filed for chapter 13 BK . Will that effect ME getting my money or hold up the sale?
