Establishing a private club
How do I establish a private club? I want it to be owned by the LLC I create, but I can't figure out the proper way to do that. Being a private club will allow the flexibility of rules that I need, the LLC gives me the asset & legal protection I need. Where/how do I indicate this to the state when I file my AoO? Or is there another form I need? The 2 attorneys I met with locally had no clue, they had never done it before.

There are two stes to accomplish your goal. One is to create the right LLC and second to draft the rules, regulations and conditions for the club.
